Terms & Conditions

1. Services

I provide digital marketing services including but not limited to Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, Shopify store setup, pixel tracking setup, and performance marketing strategy. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual proposals or agreements shared before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins
• Remaining 50% is due upon completion or as per the agreed schedule
• Monthly retainer clients are invoiced at the start of each billing cycle
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees and managed directly by the client

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to required platforms, accounts, and assets
• Supply accurate business information and brand guidelines
• Review and approve campaign materials within 48 hours of submission
• Provide ad spend budgets as agreed and maintain sufficient account balance
• Communicate changes to business goals or direction promptly

4. Results & Performance

While I work to achieve the best possible outcomes, digital advertising results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, ad platform algorithms, competition, and budget size. Past results (including case studies shown on this website) are not guaranteed outcomes for every client. I commit to applying best practices, continuous optimisation, and transparent reporting.

5. Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, creative frameworks, and methodologies developed remain my intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Ad creatives and copy produced for your campaigns become your property upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, strategies, data, and communications confidential. I will not share your business data or campaign performance with third parties without your consent.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
• Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable
• Advance payments for work not yet commenced are refundable (see Refund Policy)

8. Limitation of Liability

My total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue or profits.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.

Refund Policy

1. Service Fees

All service fees — including campaign management, strategy, setup, ad creatives, logo design, branding, and any other design work — are non-refundable once work has commenced. A 50% advance payment is required before any work begins, and this payment confirms your project slot.

2. Ad Spend / Platform Budgets

Ad spend funds transferred to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) are subject to those platforms' own policies. I cannot issue refunds for ad spend already consumed by the platforms. Unused ad spend in platform accounts remains accessible to the client directly.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances:

• Strategy documents and campaign plans already delivered
• Ad creative assets (static, video, carousel, story) already produced and delivered
• Logo designs, brand identities, and branding packages already delivered
• Social media creatives, banners, and graphic design work already completed
• Landing page and website designs already built and handed over
• Pixel, tracking, and analytics setups already implemented
• Training or consultation sessions already conducted
• Third-party tool subscriptions purchased on the client's behalf
• Any in-house design work completed — including ad creatives, logos, branding, packaging design, social media graphics, and all other visual design deliverables

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method

5. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact me directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication. I am committed to fair and reasonable resolution of all issues.
